Mecca Staff Accommodation

This landmark downtown residential development has been designed to house the staff of the surrounding upcoming hotels in the area of Holly Mecca. The design takes into consideration the relationship with the environment and the surrounding mountains. The project consists of bachelor buildings, which are separated from the family zone, which consists of villas and a prestigious clubhouse, in addition to the retail facilities located within the project boundaries to serve the entire community. The intention for phase two is to create a world-class hospital and international school.
