The project is a mixed-use development located in Mecca, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, commissioned by the Wadi Ibrahim Development and Urban Regeneration Company (WIDCO). It centers on the urban regeneration of the Qouz Nakkash area, one of 65 unplanned settlements identified across the city. Spanning a total land area of approximately 470,000 m², the proposed concept design envisions a vibrant, mixed-use urban district integrating residential, commercial, community, and public spaces. The development aims to transform the area through inclusive, integrated, and sustainable urban planning, creating a livable environment that meets the needs of both current and future residents. It will also foster economic activity, attract investment, and generate new employment opportunities for local populations. Ultimately, the regeneration of Qouz Nakkash is poised to become a model for responsible urban transformation in the holy city of Mecca.
